This guide explains how to change the name of an existing project in Artstash. You can rename a project at any time to keep your workspace organized, reflect changes in the project's scope, or simply correct an error. The process is quick and takes effect immediately.

Step-by-Step Guide to Renaming a Project

1. Open the Project Menu

First, navigate to the project you wish to rename within its workspace. In the top-right corner of the project's card or header, locate and click the three-dot menu icon (…) to open a list of project options.

2. Select the Rename Option

From the dropdown menu that appears, select the “Rename” option. This will open a dialog box where you can edit the project's name.

3. Change the Project Name

In the dialog box, the current project name will be displayed in a text field. Delete the old name and type the new name for your project.

4. Confirm and Save

Once you are satisfied with the new name, click the confirm or save button to apply the change. The project's name will be updated instantly on your dashboard and within the project itself.
